At USA Remotes, we ship fast and we ship free. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) ET typically ship the same day. Orders placed after noon ship the next business day.
We ship Monday through Saturday. We do not ship on major US holidays.
United States Shipping
Free standard shipping on every US order — no minimum purchase.
- Standard delivery: 3-5 business days
- Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx (selected based on destination)
- Cost: Free
Expedited Shipping
Need it faster? 2-Day expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Order before noon ET to ensure same-day dispatch.
International Shipping
We ship free to most countries worldwide.
- Delivery time: 14-21 business days
- Cost: Free standard international shipping
- Tracking: Provided where available
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.
Please check with your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable charges before placing your order.
Restricted Countries
While we ship to most countries, some destinations are not currently available due to shipping restrictions or carrier limitations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at cs@usaremotes.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Order Tracking
Most orders include tracking information, which is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can use the tracking number to monitor your package’s progress to your door.
If tracking is not available for your specific shipping method, you’ll still receive an email confirmation when your order ships.
Delivery Guarantee
Every order is backed by our delivery guarantee. If your package is lost in transit or fails to arrive within a reasonable timeframe, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked. Just email us at cs@usaremotes.com with your order number.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at cs@usaremotes.com. We’ll do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:
- Take photos of the package and contents immediately
- Email cs@usaremotes.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and the photos
We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund right away.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (November-December), shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We recommend ordering early to ensure on-time delivery.
We do not ship on the following US holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Orders placed on these days will ship the next business day.
APO, FPO, and PO Box Addresses
Yes, we ship to APO, FPO, and PO Box addresses within the United States via USPS. Standard processing and delivery times apply.
