Remote control compatibility is based on manufacturer specifications and authority databases. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for verifying compatibility with your specific device model before purchase. Refer to our Remote Finder tool and product compatibility lists.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund.

Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including:

  • Product unavailability
  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Inability to verify billing or shipping information

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Payment

We accept payment through Stripe, PayPal, and other processors indicated at checkout. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method submitted.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping on all US orders. International shipping rates and times vary based on destination.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before making a purchase.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Product Warranty

We offer a 60-day warranty on manufacturing defects for all products sold through the Site. Defective products reported within 60 days of delivery will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Limited Warranty Disclaimer

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Our products are OEM-compatible replacements. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the brand-name manufacturers whose products we reference.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability
